Kirstie has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for over 6 years. Discovering it by chance and experiencing a life changing first class she has remained a dedicated and passionate student ever since. The opportunity to carry out teacher training came in 2016 with the school of Karam Kriya created and run by Shiv Charan Singh, who also blessed her with the spiritual name Kiranjot Kaur, meaning ‘The Princess who is a ray of Spiritual Light’.
After teaching adults for 3 years and keen to pass on the teachings to her own children, Kirstie then trained and qualified in Radiant Child Yoga under Shakta Kaur Khalsa and now enjoys the creative spontaneity and joy of working with little yogis! Her current focus is in completing her multi levelled Gong training with a view to incorporating it into adult classes as well as offering monthly Gong Baths (watch this space!)
Kundalini yoga now informs and supports all elements of her daily life, and having experienced firsthand the transformational and life changing effects of the teachings feels very blessed to be able to share it with others.
An international textile artist and mother to two young boys, Kirstie lives and works in the countryside just outside Glastonbury in Somerset, UK.
“Kirstie teaches from the heart and holds a sacred space for the teaching to come through”
